The Hux Racing facility is situated in the beautiful foothills of the applachian piedmont in central Alabama. The 4,000 sq. ft shop sits on 25 acres and is located in Coosa county on Highway 511 in Goodwater. Another 2,000 sq ft foundation is already constructed for a two story addition to house the offices for engineering, clean room, customer service area, and handicap accessible restroom. Two handicap ramps are already in place for entry into the proposed office building. The landclearing, concrete forms, underground power /city water line layout, and building erection all done by Eric & Emily Hux. Great care was taken to preserve as many native trees and shrubbery during the landclearing. Easy access for tractor trailer and large load deliveries. Hux Racing LLC is a privately owned business. The business has resided at the new location for 3 years. Hux Racing has a successful background in automoitive drag racing with customer cars featured in magazines since 2000. We have acquired wins at national events for sport compact drag racing in NHRA, BOTI, & IDRA. Eric Hux's background in prototype machining and fabrication gives Hux Racing its edge to surpass records and continued achievements.
